MaxDB Check Data has been optimized

Hi Folks,

with SAP MaxDb version 7.8.02.30 the runtime of check data has been optimized.

As of this database version, the Read Ahead (Prefetch) is also used during the database structure check.

SAP customers can use SAP note 940420 FAQ Check Data (Point 18) to get more information about how to further improve the runtime of check data.

We are interested in your experience with the new Check data runtime
